Dignity-4-All: Workplace Violence Survey

Workplace violence – be it physical or emotional abuse – has become a global problem crossing borders, work settings and occupational groups.  Violence at work and accompanying people problems have dramatically gained momentum and are now a priority concern in both industrialised and developing countries.

This is a confidential questionnaire to measure the extent of the relationship and people problems at the workplace.  There is no way that any respondent could be identified. The researchers guarantee absolute confidentiality and anonymity.

The period under review is for 12 months, e.g. if the questionnaire is answered on 1 March 2007, the period will be 1 March 2006 to 28 February 2007 (a 12 month period) and all questions relate to this time frame. Your  participation will make it possible for us to establish the extent of violence and other people problems in specific sectors in the workplace. The findings will enable employers to deal with these problems effectively. We thank you for your participation and caring about a better workplace.
