The survey URL is shown in the 'My Surveys' section of your account. To e-mail it, just copy it and paste into your e-mail message.
If you possess a web site, you may use this URL to create a link or button to your survey hosted at CreateSurvey.com. If you do not know how to do this, please refer to your web master or system administrator.
