Survey collectors and respondent tracking
Demonstrates the ability to assign multiple links ("collectors") to a single survey.

This survey has three collectors assigned:
1. Default collector — used to gather feedback from website visitors:

2. Additional collector — intended for printing a QR code on booklets and tracking those responses:
3. Individual links — sent to selected VIP guests (each link encodes the guest’s name so it appears in the report):
Each collector can have the “no repeated responses” option enabled. In this example, it is enabled only for individual links, meaning you cannot respond if someone has already used that link
